A space to slow down, restore, and care for yourself—mind and body.
Cancellation Policy
FIRST VISIT | Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Bring your face clean. LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card is required to book all appointments as late cancellations, and no shows will result in a $50 fee. We understand that “life happens”, however, please let us know at least 24 hours before so that your time slot can be filled by another client on our waiting list. Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. All other refunds will be as Spa credit only. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, itcannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
